Modern Romanian Cuisine
Our nomadic kitchen is currently in Oxfordshire, serving modern Romanian food made by chef Raoul Gheorghe and wife and author of "Enchanted Foraging" Ebony Gheorghe. We have available an outdoor dining setting, outdoor work spaces and outdoor art spaces. Children are more than welcome, as we have our own running around the site.
We make most of our food in house (from stocks to sauces, breads and pretty much everything we can), but what our nomadic lifestyle doesn't allow us to make in house, we get from suppliers who share our ethos.
Private Dining
At ours or yours?
We are hosting private dining and small events on our site, in Oxfordshire (our site changes depending where we are settled at the time you get in touch with us). Raoul will offer you a list of dishes to choose from and build a modern Romanian customised menu for you and your guests. We design menus for any budget starting from £25 / person.
Chef Raoul Gheorghe is open to design menus on request, outside our cuisine and he offers his services in your home as a private chef.
